Stress Management

 

Exercise, regular physical activity is number ONE on the list for stress management, even if it is only 15 minutes at a time.  A 15 minute work out can go a long way for your day.   Try an exercise "routine" that works for you and comfort level based on your condition.

TWO - Meditation or time to have alone for thought process and mindful rest. We recommend do this first thing in the morning and before you go to sleep at night,  or find an appropriate time and place in your schedule where meditation fits.

​

THREE - Make sure to at least get 8 hours of sleep a day.  Our bodies need down time and rest, it's like shutting down your car that has been driving for hours on a long journey . It needs that time to cool off and be ready for the miles of driving ahead.
