All our recipes on this page substitute cane sugar with Truvia baking sugar mix or sugar substitute such as Stevia. We also substitute any FLOUR with Gluten free flour option . We will share pictures of the best brands found to work closest in recipes as regular flour.

GF/ Low Glycemic ~ Fluffy Gluten Free Buttermilk Pancakes! Amazing... you'll never go back to regular!
What you need for this recipe :

2 Cups Buttermilk
2 Eggs
1 Stick of Unsalted Butter (1/2 cup) MELTED
2 Cups Gluten Free Flour
1 Teaspoon Sea Salt or Kosher Salt
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
1 tablespoon Truvia Blend Sugar or Monk Fruit Sugar

2 Bowls - 1 for dry ingredients 1 for wet
Whisk
Spatula type spoon

GF/ Low Glycemic ~ Cracker Barrel Style FRENCH TOAST
you'll never want another French Toast!
What you need for this recipe :

Sour Dough Bread (either made yourself or we recommend IZZIO Brand)
​
4 Large Eggs
1 Cup Milk
2 Tbs Stevia Sugar
4 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
2 pinches of salt
1 Tbs butter to grease griddle or pan
​
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and pour into a shallow dish so you can dip your bread slices soak for 30-60 seconds each side and place in pan.
